Responsibilities
- Resolve software application incidents and problems
- Carryout bug fixes and enhancements for D P Infotech software application products.
- Maintain positive working relationships with business teams and business management
- Collaborate with colleagues in the development and quality assurance team; participate in the development process for system improvements and new features.
Requirements
- A Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology
- Excellent technologies background in the core technologies, analytical skills and problem solving abilities coupled with a sound knowledge on OOP concepts.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with IT & business teams and senior management whilst working within deadlines, both individually and as a team.
- Posses excellent problem solving and communication skills including good written and verbal skills in English.
